Corneal Transplants
When the cornea becomes cloudy or damaged from disease or injury, blindness can occur. A cornea transplant can restore a patient's eyesight. Eye donations collected by the Eye Bank are used for cornea transplant surgery, the most frequent and successfully performed of all transplants.
