First Visit

Please bring the following to your first visit

Sunglasses - Your pupils will be dilated during the initial examination which will result in blurred vision. You may want to consider this when making travel plans and planning activities for the period following the appointment. After the exam, sunglasses should be worn to protect your eyes.

Prior to the first visit

• Discontinue use of soft contact lenses two weeks before your first visit.
• Discontinue use of toric, gas permeable and hard contact lenses three weeks before your first visit.
• Remember to write down any questions.
• Bring all relevant medical information.
